The right vehicle for the group

Vehicle planning can be discussed around your party size: Mercedes Vito 4 or 6, or Sprinter 16 seats.

Combine accommodation and transport needs. Scope, pricing and availability are reviewed before anything is confirmed.

01 · What COP31 is

Twelve days of climate negotiation, on the Antalya coast.

COP31 is the 31st Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, hosted by Türkiye at Antalya EXPO Center from 9 to 20 November 2026. Governments negotiate on adaptation, finance and the energy transition, while a wider programme follows climate action across sectors.

Who typically travels for a COP

  1. 01Government delegationsParty delegates and support staff whose days are shaped by negotiation sessions that can run late and shift at short notice.
  2. 02NGOs and research institutionsObserver organisations, universities and think tanks attending side events, with small teams and changing daily plans.
  3. 03Business and mediaCompanies, foundations and journalists who need reliable movement between accommodation, the venue and offsite meetings.

These describe the kinds of visitors we can assist. They are not a list of past or current clients.

02 · Key dates

The dates that shape your travel plan.

Plan arrivals and departures around the official calendar, not the other way round.

  1. 9 Nov

    Conference opens

First day of COP31 at Antalya EXPO Center.

  2. 11–12 Nov

    World Leaders Summit

Expect heightened security and traffic measures around the venue and routes.

  3. 15 Nov

    Premises closed

Sunday: the premises, including registration, are closed. A natural day for offsite meetings.

  4. 20 Nov

    Scheduled close

Final scheduled day. Closing sessions at COPs often run late, so keep departure plans flexible.

The detailed programme is published and updated by UNFCCC. We do not reproduce session agendas. Official schedules

Blue Zone

UN-managed area for negotiations. Entry only for registered and accredited participants.

Green Zone

Host-managed area open to the public, according to local conditions announced by the host.

Registration is official and free

Registration and badges are free for eligible, duly nominated participants through the official Online Registration System. A badge is not a commercial admission ticket, and MAC VIP Transfer cannot register or accredit anyone.

Badge collection

Badges are collected in person at the official desk with your registration acknowledgement and a valid passport or photo ID. Never send passport copies to us; we do not need them.

03 · The venue

Antalya EXPO Center, Aksu.

Official venue address

Antalya EXPO Center, Solak Alanya Yolu, Serik Caddesi, Aksu, Antalya

The venue lies east of the city centre in Aksu, on the Serik road. Journey times vary with traffic, security measures and the hour, so we confirm timing for each specific request rather than quoting a fixed figure.

Not the city congress centre

COP31 is not held at the city-centre congress hall or ANFAS. Give drivers and colleagues the EXPO address above.

04 · Where to stay

Choose an area by your days, not only by the room.

Accommodation pressure is high during a COP. Before choosing, weigh how your team will actually spend each day.

1

Shuttle or private car

Official shuttles only stop at hotels on the official accommodation platform. If you stay elsewhere, plan to reach a stop yourself or arrange private transport.

2

Where your meetings are

If you host clients or side meetings, a hotel with suitable meeting rooms can save repeated crossings of the city.

3

Airport arrival pattern

Delegations often arrive in waves. Consider where most of the team lands and when, and whether staggered pickups are needed.

4

Evening flexibility

Negotiation days can end late. Consider dinner options and how people will return when sessions overrun.

Areas to compare

Lara and Kundu
Coastal resort strip on the eastern side of the city, lying in the direction of Aksu rather than the western districts. Large hotels, many with meeting rooms.
Antalya centre
Kaleiçi, Muratpaşa and Konyaaltı: restaurants and city life in the evenings, but you cross the city to reach the venue.
Belek
Resort area further east, with large conference-capable hotels; plan daily transport carefully.
Kemer, Side, Alanya
Distant coastal towns, not near the venue. Staying there needs separate route planning for every day.

The official accommodation platform lists hotels connected to the official shuttle network. Our hotel pages are a separate, independent selection: being listed on our site does not establish official shuttle-stop status. Always verify on the official map.

05 · Getting around

Two different things: the official shuttle and a private transfer.

Both can be part of a sensible plan. They are not interchangeable, and they are not run by the same people.

Official shuttle

  • Complimentary for participants
  • Stops only at hotels listed on the official accommodation platform
  • Guests of other hotels may need to reach the nearest stop themselves
  • Routes and stops are published on the official transport site

Independent private transfer

  • Paid service, quoted per request
  • Door-to-door from your hotel, the airport or a meeting address
  • Vehicle sized to your group
  • Not connected to the official shuttle and no privileged security or venue access

Airport pickups, done properly

We confirm pickup details against your flight number and terminal, and drop off only at legal, designated points around the venue as directed on the day. Timing, price and availability are confirmed before anything is booked.

06 · Offsite meetings

A hotel meeting room, set up for the conversation.

For receptions, briefings and side meetings held at hotels or private venues outside the conference premises, we can discuss technical production.

Sound

Microphones and speaker systems for briefings and panels.

Lighting

Stage and room lighting for presentations and filmed remarks.

Stage and LED

Stage platforms and LED screens for offsite events.

Outside the Blue Zone only

We are not authorised to install anything inside the Blue Zone or conference premises. Scope is limited to offsite hotel or private venues and confirmed with the venue.

Group events and production
