What to send before you travel
The desk needs your flight number, the arrival date, the number of passengers, the hotel or address, and a phone number that works on WhatsApp. If you are travelling with children or oversized items, say so at the start so the right vehicle is planned.
Names matter too. The name on the board should be the one the lead traveller will recognise, so tell us who the board should carry.
Where you will meet
Your driver is arranged to meet you in the arrivals area with a name board. The exact meeting point depends on the terminal and the day, so we confirm it with you in the message before your flight rather than promising one fixed spot.
After landing, follow the usual route through passport control and baggage claim, then look for your name. If you cannot see the driver, message the desk on WhatsApp instead of leaving the area.
If your flight changes
Delays and early arrivals are normal. Because the booking is linked to your flight number, the desk can follow the flight and adjust the pickup. Tell us if you change flights entirely, since a new number cannot be tracked unless we know it.
How long a driver waits and whether any waiting charge applies should be confirmed in your booking details. Ask the desk if anything is unclear before you travel.
What to confirm before departure
Check the drop-off address spelling, the luggage count and any child seat need. Child seats and extra baggage are confirmed per booking, so please ask rather than assuming. Keep the WhatsApp thread open until you have met your driver.
