Choosing a vehicle for a family or group
The right vehicle depends on three things: how many people, how much luggage, and whether children need seats. Here is a straightforward way to decide.

Match the vehicle to the party
Our standard VIP Vito seats 4 passengers. The larger Vito option seats 6. The Sprinter seats up to 16. These figures are passengers only, excluding the driver, and children count as passengers.
If your group is close to a limit, move up a size. A full vehicle with full luggage is rarely comfortable.
Luggage is the real constraint
Seat count is only half the answer. Four travellers with four large suitcases, golf bags or strollers may need a bigger vehicle than four travellers with cabin bags. Tell us the number and type of items, and we will confirm what fits before you commit.
Children and child seats
Share each child's age and weight if you know it. Child seats are confirmed during booking and are not assumed, so please request them explicitly. Bringing your own familiar seat is also an option; mention it so we can plan the space.
Splitting or combining
For larger parties, one Sprinter keeps everyone together and gives a single pickup. For two families arriving on different flights, separate vehicles are usually simpler. The desk can talk through both options with you.
